“Dr. Shaffer is an amazing surgeon! I have had three shoulder surgeries with him. When I came into the clinic for the first time he did not make me feel bad at all. He listened to what I had to say and was very sympathetic. I had previously seen a doctor who kept saying it was all in my head and that there was nothing wrong with me (when he passed away I chose to go for a second opinion). Dr. Shaffer was able to diagnose and do the surgery within a matter of a few short weeks. I had been suffering in pain for 5 years prior to the visit with him. He fixed both of my shoulders before I hurt my left one again at work. After hurting my shoulder again he was able to get me in and fix what I had hurt. Words can not express the amount of gratitude I have for this man. Thank you Dr. Shaffer for everything you have done!”
